I booked my round trip flight from Bangalore to Amsterdam and back via Goibibo on **th April **** and the flight was operated by Jet airways.
But soon after the booking in a week's time, Jet Airways was shut down. I had raised for my refund with Goibibo for this ticket immediately but the Goibibo has not taken any action to date. It has been a year now and every time when I call them to enquire about my refund, Goibibo staffs respond that "there is no information yet received from Jet airways on this refund", whereas I see online that jet airways have already paid back to most of its customers.
It occurred on **/**/****
Need a refund of the amount of Rs.***** to my account.
