Makemy Trip - Refund of Rs pending with MakeMyTrip

This is regarding * of my hotel bookings with "MakeMyTrip", which I had cancelled long back but am yet to get a refund into my account.
DETAILS : I made cancellations for * of my Hotel bookings with MakeMyTrip (All * being with Hotel Marigold, Udaipur), and MMT was due to refund the entire amount. i.e. Rs **** X * = ***** within * working days as per the norms. However, I made the cancellation on **rd Jan, ****; Today happens to be *th Feb, ****, i.e. ** days since cancellation and I am yet to get the refund into my account (Kotak Mahindra bank).
During this period, I have called MMT customer care atleast ** to ** times, getting inconsistent responses every time, such as :
a) my case pending with accounts team and comments team
b) my payment stuck at payment gateway
c) they asked me to mail them my account statement twice, which I did
d) they told me the refund is processed, but have never been able to tell me any transaction/reference ID whatsoever
e) they told me I'll get a callback from their accounts team, but I never got it.
This way, MMT has my Rs ***** stuck with them unjustifiably for ** days and they aren't even giving me a clue of the status or the approximate date by which I'll get my refund. It has been a huge mental harrassment from my perspective, since it is a big amount and I have no idea when will I get it back.

Please support me in getting my refund from MMT, and I also want strict disciplinary action against this organisation.
