Sarika Pritam filed complaint against Myntra on Aug 30, 2020
Myntra has been charging Platform Handling fee for accounts that have high proportion of returns/cancellations, and I have been willing to pay it, but even when I didn’t keep any of the products they didn’t refund the fee. And, then they additionally also charged the amount on my next order. If the platform handling fee is a way of compensating for shipping charges of returned products, they can make it non-refundable, but they additionally cannot add the amount on my next order. They can keep just one of them. The policy is nowhere mentioned in their app/website, and after calling them when I got to know about this policy, I wanted to cancel my orders but the fee is not being refunded.
