Edterra edventures Pvt Ltd - Refund of paid amount

My daughter is a student of The Bishop's Coed School, Kalyani Nagar, Pune. Edterra Edventures Pvt Ltd had approached The Bishop's Coed School, Kalyani Nagar, Pune to conduct a study tour bof France and Spain in the April ,**** for the students of the school.
I had paid Rs.*,**,*** through online transfer and had also issued them a cheque for the balance amount which they have not enchased. The students were supposed to start their tour in the month of April,**** but due the pandemic and the lockdown in the country the tour was suspended. The company representative informed the parents that they will refund the entire amount but later refused to refund the amount and instead offered travel vouchers to the students and their immediate families .
This offer was rejected by all the parents except for the three. The company representatives nformed the parents that the company has spent most of the money in ticket reservations, hotel bookings and other expenses but are refusing to give any documentary proof of the same. The company is misleading the parents about having incurred a large part of the amount for organizing the tour. As a parent I want a complete refund of the amount paid to Edterra Edventures Pvt Ltd.
