Edterra edventures Pvt Ltd is not refunding the amount of Rs ****** paid to them for education tour of my daughter to Spain & France. Tour was tentatively scheduled in May **** and got cancelled due to Covid Epidemic. Company now refuses to refund the money on pretext of some fine print.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
