Edterra Edventures Pvt. Ltd., has taken full advance for an education trip organised through school to France and Spain. The trip was supposed to be scheduled some time in April ****. The dates were to be finalised after the visa processing is done. Due to the pandemic the visa processing was never done, the trip never got scheduled and finally got cancelled. Government of India has directed all the travel agencies, hotels and airlines to refund the full amount to their client if the trip got cancelled due to the pandemic. Inspite of repeated followup with Edterra Edventures, they have refused to refund. They are offering us vouchers that too with deduction of **,***. The vouchers can be used in future and has some terms and conditions which are in favour to Edterra Edventures. I do not want vouchers, I want my hard earned money back.
