vedantu - Refund of online class money from vedantu

Sahana A (VIII CBSE )s enrolled in an online course at vedantu. We use to see the trial classes taken by vedantu masters, where there will be big screen (board) and the teacher used to explain the lesson with picures and examples. Since we are using a phone and otp no. to see the online class they used to call us to join the class. I (sahana mother) said it is not possible to pay fees for her, we are middle class family I am working in as a private teacher. So now they know me as a teacher they offered me course fee deduction your course fee will be **,*** for the year.
In the beginning they asked me to pay Rs. **** which is fully refundable if we are not satisfied with the course. I paid **** and From May ** my daughter started learning through online tuition teacher course. The course was not actually what they show in trial class. My daughter cannot ask any doubt to tuition teacher, her name wont come in fastest finger list. I asked this doubt to vedantu, the vedantu counsellor chaitali madam (introduced by Ashirwad sir who spoke to me in the beginning to enroll her in the course) said in her course it is not possible to ask doubt to teacher.
And more madam said fastest finger software list is not working , we are working on it. But these are not the actual grivience. Now her one month class is over they asked me to pay next installment on or before Jun **, which we cannot pay in this pandemic covid – ** situation. I told them to adjust in the **** Rs. and please provide my daughter atleast * more month of study. And I gave them the assurance of paying the rest of the money in the month of september. They didn’t accept they make few phone calls from different phone numbers. And I explained my actual situation.
And after that we didn’t get any call her education is also stopped after Jun **. So I mailed to vedantu to cut down my one month fee and return my money back. *****/** = ****.**. I asked them to return my amount ****-****.** = ****.** Rs. But now they are saying the terms and conditions that if we ask the money back in ** days of the course started we ll return the full amount otherwise we ll deduct the **% and return back the money, you are asking already late. I asked how do we know that we cant pay the next installment, if we are not satisfied with the course only we ll ask for the whole money return. Actually the tuition teachers work hard , I don’t want to blame them, only I cant pay money, so please deduct one month fee and return back my remaining amount *.*** RS.
They are again and again saying their company policies and not returning my money back. We are a middle class family. We want Justice.
