Mr. Suraj from vedantu contacted me in Feb, ** regarding admission of my ward for online course.
At that time I was ready for enrollment and enrolled my ward and opted for EMI plan.
After that I was told that class can not be started as my ward is only child registered for class VI.
Then I contacted Mr. Suraj and asked him to cancel my enrolment and he assured that no amount will be charged as the classes has not been started.
But my account is debited every month I complained telephonically and on email but doesn't recieve any feedback till now.
