Dear Sir,
My name is Shruti. My registered mobile in Swiggy Plateform is **********. I ordered Prawns Tawa Fry (Order Id: ************) on *rd february **** through swiggy App at price of *** rupees. I received completely burnt Prawns Tawa Fry which was not fit to eat. I had to dispose it to dustbin. I have raised this issue with Swiggy help & support and emailed to foodissues@swiggy.in for refund of my money (*** rupees). But Swiggy have not refunded my money.
Kindly take necessary action against Swiggy Plateform for not refunding my money and process my refund at the earliest.
