BigBasket BigBasket Daily - Refund of money and reactivation of account

My BigBasket account is blocked. Mostly times they send me bad and worst Quality products . I asked them for pickup but they don't do that and refund my money. Today they blocked my account saying that you are misusing our policies. How I am misusing the policy????
I asked only for bad quality eggs , vegetables and bread. In my BigBasket account wallet almost **** rs was there and some items will delivered soon , but due to blockage of account , items will not delivered to me.
I have complained a lot of times , but they say they can't activate my account.
Please help me and get my **** rs back
