BigBasket BigBasket Daily - Refund not Given

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding a refund that I have not yet received for an order placed on August *, ****. The order was cancelled by BigBasket on the same day because I was unable to answer the delivery call at the scheduled time. Although BigBasket has communicated that my refund was completed, it has now been over three weeks since the cancellation, and I have not received the refund in my original payment account or bbWallet.

I have checked all associated bank accounts and my bbWallet, and there has been no credit for this refund. I have also made several follow-up attempts with customer service but have not received a satisfactory response or any transaction references for the refund.
