BigBasket/BigBasket Daily indulge in illegal use of data of the customer. The email id of mine was unilaterally changed by these apps in the name of so called integration without prior consent or approval of the customer. Thereafter, despite raising the concern no action has been taken by the team.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
