I had booked flights on May * from Ral****, USA to Ahmeda***, India with a return ticket on May **, The PNR of airlines are KMBHGL, NJV*QU. I opened the request for refund on March **th, it's been more than * months. Technically as the airlines are cancelled, I should get a refund, but goibibo is cheating by saying a voucher. On talking with qatar, they have already said, they don't have any money, goibibo has it. There was some issue with my account. I asked goibibo for help even then no reply. I am thinking to escalate this issue to Indian consumer complaints, where the government can take suitable steps against this fraud.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
