I have booked my airticket from travolook on * June **** from Mumbai to Varanasi to and fro. The total cost of the ticket is ₹****. After booking I got the email about the reference no and says that it will get confirmed in ** minutes. After sometime I get the call that the ticket is cancelled and the amount get refunded in **-** days. I got the mail of the same. After ** days I did not get the amount, I called and mailed them again about the same several time. Each time they used to say that it will get refund in **-** days. It has been ** days, still I didn't get any idea of how to get my money. With online reviews I come across this platform to get the justice.
