On *th Dec ****, I took this Guaranteed Money Back Plan. Now it seems I have violated some rules and a refund is not possible. Related to the terms and conditions I have sent an email to them and the same is not being attended. Please look into the matter.
Attached email sent to No Broker: In continuation to trailing mail, below are the terms and conditions as seen on the site. I would like to bring to your notice the following points:
*. For MoneyBack and Super MoneyBack Plans:
A ***% refund can be claimed within * week in case of plan expiry and property not getting rented out via NoBroker/Other Sources---- Please note delay in the claim submission was due to situations beyond our (owner and tenant ) control as the owner is a very senior citizen and his fingerprint impression were not being captured during the Registration process. Subsequently, he was outstation and was hospitalized due to ill health.I had no option but to wait till his recovery.
*. In case of property getting rented out from Other Sources during the plan validity duration, Customers can claim a full refund of the amount by submitting a valid copy of the Rental Agreement before the plan expiry.--Note the reason in Point mentioned above and rental agreement is well before the plan expiry date.
*. The rental agreement should match the requirement given to NoBroker. NoBroker will verify the claim, this may include a physical visit to the property premises.-- Agreement done is within the validity of the plan taken and there is no reason to mention that it is not as per the requirement given to No Broker. As it is a standard agreement between owner and tenant as per my requirements given during taking the plan.
*. The rent and deposit amount in the registered rental agreement should be equal to or higher than the one given to the NoBroker relationship manager at the time of plan subscription.- It is..pl re-check.
No refund is applicable if the property is rented out via NoBroker or the Rent Agreement Submitted( in case of closure via Other Sources) does not match the requirement submitted to NoBroker at the time of onboarding- NA.
Note: I have been associated with No Broker past several years and have taken plans periodically as per my requirement and refunds are done as well..
