I was to travel delhi to Coimbatore on ** March **, got information for airlines * days back that the flight is canceled and I should connect n ask for refund
I connected via the site mentioned and was able to cancel my flight , however the airlines hasn’t refunded my money nor is there any information. The customer care numbers are not reachable and seeing the present scenerio can’t move out to fight for the refund
I had booked an onward flight via Indigo .. and I got the refund immediately
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
