I have booked a Delhi-Mumbai- Delhi flight for my family from your platform.

Because of Covid reasons my family could not travel, also the flight got cancelled. I asked for a refund. but no response. After my constant follow up I got a refund of only Rs. *** whereas the cost of my tickets was more than **, *** Rs.
Is it fair, i tried too many times but no response. You will agree this looks like cheating and making money in these pandemic times.
Can you pls look into it and help me with the resolution?
