My initial flight was on April **, **** (PNR- Y**ZG) which was cancelled by Air-India airlines due to nationwide lockdown. I was advised by the airline and Goibibo team to reschedule the booking once lockdown was over.
I raised ticket #******** on July **, **** for reschedule and a new ticket for Sep **, **** issued to me on July **, ****.

On Sep **, ****, I got an email from Goibibo that my ticket cancelled without any intimation or notification. Post discussion on Sep **, **** with the goibibo team (Ticket ID - ********), they told me of the cancellation request raised by me on April **, **** however I asked to keep my ticket status open rather than cancellation. Also, no information available in the portal which depicts the same. All details are attached herewith.
Hence I want harassment compensation and expecting full refund without fail.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
