PayTM - Refund of flight cancellation

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have booked the flight ticket(PNR-O*W*MA) with my family on **st march **** by Paytm from Delhi to Rachi and Rachi to Delhi (Total Flight ticket cost was Rs *****) but due to some personel issues I have cancellation the ticket on the same day and next day I have informed to Paytm but Paytm has refused to give any refund then I have discussed with airline and he confirmed me that airline already given refund (Rs *****) to Paytm and then I have again discussed with payment based on the airline confirmation mail then Paytm agreed to give this refund . Paytm asked me for bank detail and I have given but till now I have not received any refund from Paytm . on **th march **** Paytm told he has transfer the refund Rs **** and given me the Fraud UTR CMS********** but I have already reply to Paytm on **th March **** that given UTR is fraud and I have not received any money from Paytm and after this Paytm is not giving any reply even now he is not ready to resolve the issue and not ready to discuss with me.

for a customer like me this amount is very big and I am very disappointing . I have all the written evidence/email from Paytm in which Paytm has agreed to give the refund amount .now I am not understanding how I can get my refund from Paytm . please support
