I had initially subscribed for * yrs Times of India subscription as i was mis informed by the vendor that * yrs is the maximum subscription. Later on knowing * yrs is available i contacted TIMES & they advised me to pay the full subscription fees of * yrs again & promised that my * yrs subscription amount will be refunded in ** days but even after ** days they hav not refunded & now are asking for another ** days for refunding my amount.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
