I am Ramesh. I have a subscription with Times of India newspaper right from inception in Chennai. My previous renewal was expired on **th April **** and subsequently i have renewed (Order form # ZCT*******, Subscription id: ******** in my father name - Jayaraman) for next one year which starts from **th Apr **** to **th Apr ****.
I have received the subscription coupon but no one has collected it so far. Though I have promptly paid for renewal even before my expiry date, I have NOT received daily paper since **th April. It is been more than one and half month now and i have not received daily paper yet.
I have called subscription department and complained four times so far regarding this. Every time i call, i will be informed that paper will be delivered with in two days but doesnt happen. In my subscription coupon, i see the depot as "PADUR" and vendor name is Durai Babu.
It is not acceptable with the timeline referred here where a customer has not received paper for *.* months+ and with four complaints so far. Can someone look into this issue on priority please?
If you cant deliver newspaper, please cancel by subscription and issue a cheque ASAP. If you CAN deliver, then the term of one year should be updated from the date paper gets delivered to my home.
