Times of India - False allegation printed without verification

Times of India dated **th Jan'** has published a false and baseless report with heading "Son Dumps mother in Hosp, she goes to cops". I (Tarun Garg) grandson of this old lady (Urmila Garg) got a call from there reporter to know the whole story and i told her that this is totally false allegations and please get this validated and verified before you print this as we are having all the relevant evidences which states that this allegation is raised by my aunt & uncle and they are pressuring my grandmother to claim share in our self maid property but she (reporter) still without verifying the facts published the report with names and address which will be a humilation and harressment for us without any fault and mistake. We want you to help us to take some strong action against this report which was printed without any valid proofs.
I am having hospitals payment bills which state that we are always there with her in hospital and also when she got discharge my aunt and uncle taken away before we reached to hospital with her clothes.
Also for the property which my Grandmother (Urmila Garg) is claiming to be owner has never belongs to her ever and from day * it belong to my father only so this statement also stands false.
