I took a Rapido Auto ride on **.**.**** and the fare was Rs **/-. I mistakenly paid Rs. ***/- instead of the fare and reached out to Rapido support team as well as the driver to refund the excess of Rs. ***/-. They have ignored my claim and have not refunded the amount.
