Shoes on loose travel company - Refund of deposit amount threatning mental harrasement

I have booked laddakh trip with this company and paid ***** as booking amount in march.
Company assured me to refund this amount if trip got cancelled due to corona outbreak.
And now since all trips are cancelled due to this pandemic, inspite of government and DGCA guidelines to refund the amount, these guys are refusing to refund any amount and even compelling us to pay remaining amount and threatning us to forfeit the amount if not pay remaining *****.
In this crucial condition we are struggling with family survival with no salaries since last three months, their compelling mails harrassing us mentally.

Please help us.
