LawSikho - REFUND OF COURSE FEE FOR NOT ATTENDING SIGNIFICANT PERIOD OF TIME OF THE COURSE FROM TRAINING

I paid an amount Rs.***** as course fee for the course "Executive Certificate Course in Patent Law and Analysis (USPTO), Searches, Specifications, Prosecution, Litigation and Licensing - April ****". I paid this fee taking loan from a financial organization Lord Krishna Financial Services. The course started on *nd April ****. I attended the course approximately for the duration of two months only, after starting. Due to tremendous family burden, I could not attend rest period of the course which is approximately ** months. I tried my best. But I failed to join the course after two months from starting. Moreover, I feel it is not possible to attend the course in future also. Due to tremendous financial constrains I am not being able to pay rest of the EMIs. of the loan also. I requested them several times for refunding my course fee after necessary deductions as per their inconvenience. But they denied. I could not fulfil the complex criteria of LawSikho,for refund of money because I could not attend the classes at all after two months from beginning of the course. Now I want to get back my course fee after necessary reduction. Kindly advise me
