LawSikho - Refund not provided for Advanced Contract Drafting course despite assurance

I enrolled in the Advanced Contract Drafting course for the June batch. At the time of enrollment, I was assured that in case of any issue, a refund would be provided. However, instead of live classes as promised, I was given recorded lectures.
I requested a refund, but instead of processing it, they shifted me to another batch. Later, due to a medical emergency, I could not attend any classes. I have sent multiple emails requesting a refund, but I have received no response.
This is a clear case of deficiency in service and breach of assurance, which comes under the Consumer Protection Act, ****.
