LawSikho - Refund Not Processed for LawSikho Bundle Course Despite Dissatisfaction and Genuine Reasons

I am writing this complaint regarding my extremely disappointing experience with LawSikho’s Bundle Course that I purchased in May ****, based on the assurance of their course coordinator. Unfortunately, I now feel completely misled and financially burdened because of the following reasons:

Unable to Attend Due to Unforeseen Circumstances:
Soon after enrolling, I realized I would not be able to attend the lectures due to unforeseen personal circumstances. I immediately informed LawSikho and requested to discontinue the course and seek a refund.

Unreasonable Refund Policy:
I was denied a refund based on their policy which allows a **-day money-back option only if assignments are submitted and lectures are attended — which, in my situation, was not practically feasible. This policy is, in my opinion, unfair and not student-friendly.

Forced Migration Instead of Refund:
After several calls and email exchanges, instead of approving my refund, they offered to migrate me to the December **** batch. I accepted this hoping the situation would improve — but I was wrong.

Poor Quality and Misleading Promises:
Once I accessed the course again, I was thoroughly disappointed. The course lacked depth, the portal was user-unfriendly, and the content failed to meet even basic expectations. I found it irrelevant and not aligned with the high standards promised at the time of sale.

Loan Pressure and Mental Stress:
To finance this course, I had to take a loan of ₹**,***, which I am still repaying. When I requested withdrawal, I was told that ending the course could negatively impact my CIBIL score due to the loan agreement — adding further mental stress and pressure to continue with a course I did not benefit from.

Wasted Money and No Support:
Despite clearly communicating that I found the course unsuitable and despite making multiple requests for support and a refund, I received no proper resolution. I now feel that I have wasted ₹**,*** on a product that has not added any value to me.

Relief Sought:
A full refund of ₹**,*** for the LawSikho Bundle Course.

A clear written clarification that discontinuing the course will not affect my CIBIL score.

Compensation for the mental stress and loss of time caused by the inadequate service and misleading assurances.

Supporting Evidence:
Emails and communication records with LawSikho team.

Loan agreement (if needed).

Screenshots or access details of the course portal to show the lack of value.

I request VOXYA to help mediate this issue and get my hard-earned money back. I feel cheated and harassed by LawSikho's policies and poor customer treatment.
