Axis Bank - Refund of cash stuck in cash deposit machine Bank officials not responding

I have a current account at Axis Bank, Pratapgarh Rajasthan branch. The account number is ***************. On *th August ****, I went to the bank to deposit INR *,**,*** in cash. The cashier asked me to deposit the amount using the cash deposit machine which was newly installed in the bank. I asked him to do the deposit manually using his system but he insisted me to use the machine. Now, while depositing the amount, he was standing beside me and all of a sudden, the machine stopped responding and my transaction failed but the money got stuck in the machine and it didn't come out. So, the bank officials asked me to sign a refund amount which was then transferred to their recycler account. They told me that money will be deposited within *-* business days.
The notes were in the denominations of ***all, i.e ***x***=*,**,***.
On *th August, the account got credited with INR **,*** only. I contacted the bank officials. They told me that it was under process. I had a talk with one of the executives, Mr. Sachin and the branch manager, Mr. Nayan Jain. They told me that they are trying their best. But it has been more than ** days and still, I didn't get any response from them. It is very stressful. They still keep telling me that it's under process but sir, its a matter of INR **,***. I really believe that I and my father have been cheated and we have been coned. They didn't provide any receipt also.
The incident took place on *th August around **:** pm. I request the consumer form to look into the matter. I urge you to take a strict action against the bank officials and credit one lakh rupees and the mental harassment charges which should be charged from Axis bank in my account. I really hope that the consumer forum will look into the matter and will try to help me out as soon as possible.
