Goibibo and Irctc - Refund of cancelled train tickets

My train tickets having journey date *nd April, **rd April ,*rd May and *th May ,all cancelled due to nation wide corona lockdown, but it's now over ** days stilll no refund from ur end .
Checked all through IRCTC , I found all tickets amount refunded from there side ,then why are you not refunding the amount ,
I have tried many ways to contact you but all just waste of time .
The message I got are aa follows
PNR ********** ticket cancelled, Amt *,*** will be refunded in your a/c with in *-* days. Please check your account/instrument from which this tkt was booked.
