Booked flight from Hyderabad to chennai for **/**/** and booked on **/**/**** for ****/-. After sometime travolook mailed saying the ticket is not confirmed with airlines and refund will be initiated. But till date no refund was isssued despite number of calls to customer care . I need my refund back in * days otherwise I will lodge complaint in cyber crime.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
