Deal clear - Refund of cancelled order

I have ordered for google chromecast of Rs. *** on **-**-** and cancelled the order after about *.* hours of placing the order. I have mailed twice regarding refund of the payment even though they have not given any reply regarding refund of payment.
It is requested to kindly solve the problem.
