BHARGAVA filed complaint against Deal clear on May 2, 2026
I ordered a TP-Link CCTV Camera from DealClear.com (Order ID: ******) on *nd April **** and paid Rs. *,***/- online.
On *th April ****, I received the delivery. However, upon opening the package, I found that a completely wrong product was delivered — a cheap, unbranded Chinese camera instead of the TP-Link CCTV Camera I ordered and paid for.
I immediately raised a return and refund request and provided photographs and an unboxing video as proof. The company acknowledged my request but sent only automated and incomplete responses. No valid pickup was arranged and no refund was processed despite **+ days of follow-up.
I also filed a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline (Reference No. *******) but received no resolution.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
