I ordered for a chrome cast and when I received it I tried it for hours and hours thinking my connections are incorrect. Later when my friends tried and all our family members tried I started suspecting the device and I checked it with all my friends and relatives televisions.
When I wanted to return they took away my login credentials and when I click on forgot the password, they say a confirmation link is being sent to your mail. I did it ** times and never received any confirmation mail.
When I complained at support@dealclear.com, there is no proper reply and maybe they blocked me. Now my emails are also leaving undelivered to them. I searched for customer care number but I don't find any. I got * phone numbers which are fake ones.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
