Air India Express - Refund of cancelled flight not issued

I have booked ticket from Jaipur to Dubai dated *th July **** and then further it got rescheduled to **th July ****, however finally the flight was cancelled and I have requested the refund.
I have checked my credit card statement, however there has been no credit for same till date.
I am again and again following up for the refund but all is vain.
