Jet Airways - Refund of cancelled air ticket not received

Hi
I had booked tickets through Cleartrip on Jet Airways from Bali to Mumbai via Singapore. However, the airline cancelled the flight and inspite of repeated complaints to the airline and the travel agent , I am yet to get the refund amount.
