Saranya Chadrasekharan filed complaint against Air India on Nov 10, 2020
Dear Sir/Madam,
I was trying to book the ticket for August **, ****, Delhi to Toronto using Air India mobile app. I had made the payment, money was deducted and it resulted in an error page. Because of which I had booked another ticket. There was no ticket generation in the app, but the ticket was mailed to the e-mail ID. Following are the details of the ticket:

Name: Saranya Chandrasekharan
Flight: Delhi to Toronto / ** August
I had called the Air India call centre and cancelled the ticket. But, I have not received the cancellation receipt or the refund till now. I am in need of money and please persuade Air India for refund.
