Two flights to and fro Srinagar booked for **th**th August **** got canceled due to heavy army movement to Srinagar security reasons for tourists. Requested for a refund. Got Rs *** as refund balance Rs****/- was promised after taking up with spice jet. Advisor namely Ankita and Sourabh and one more informed balance amount of ****/- will be credited in my account but now their consumer branch refuses to take any action nor adhering to their promise. I am running ** years of age and was unable to travel under such security reasons at Srinagar.
