Easymytrip Com - Refund of Booking amount in LOCK DOWN PERIOD

Hi, I have booked my flight in Dec-**** for Flying date is Apr-** which is covered in LOCK DOWN period due to COVID **, I have check with Air Asia Air line the refund is process by Air Asia since long back as per by GOVT norms, but since last fifteen days now i am doing follow up with EASY TRIP.com, but every time they are saying with in one week i will received my refund amount. Please help me out.
