Ashok filed complaint against MORE RETAIL PRIVATE LIMITED on Jun 24, 2023
I made a UPI payment using my Credit card App and it got successful but the transaction failed is shown at more retail bill counter .
They asked me to pay again then I made payment using another UPI payment app.
Later on I asked money debited from my card then the manager replied it will be refunded within ** hours . No refund and I made a complaint at more retail ,they asked me to provide all payment related proofs all I have provided but they need reference and I asked concern bank and mailed it again to more retailer still no refund .. even after providing proofs..
No response for my mails
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
