Not providing Bills by the Kerala, Kottayam Manganam More Retail outlet. This has been their practice for long. If you ask for your bill they say they have entered it in the system and complain about poor connectivity and printer problems. They are not closing the bill then and there but prolonging. This I find as an unethical practice. Hope you would give clear instructions to the counter staff.
