I had booked a flight BLR to MUM on **/**/**** and amt ****/- (Rupees Four thosand nine hundred eighty eight only), got deducted from my A/c. Within a couple of minutes Travolook sent email that ticke is cancelled due to fare issues and they will reimburse my money in * weeks time, but inspite of varios emails, calls etc, I am yet to recive the money till date. Kindly help.
