I booked a flight through Goibibo for ** April via air India express airlines for me ,husband & kid .
Due to medical emergency I could not travel & cancelled my flight & asked for refund .
Detail of medical emergency-my husband is an armed force personnel posted in Leh ,he suffered a brain haemorrhage on ** April & was admitted in Millitary hospital Leh ,further air evacuated to command hospital Chandimandir in icu . Due to this medical emergency,we could not travel .
All medical documents were uploaded & still airlines didn’t refund my full amount .
Request early & appropriate action in this matter .
