I have booked flight tickets from Chandigarh to Mumbai on ** May with customer reference no-**-********* and Booking reference no- *UM*HH. The same has been canceled within * hrs. As per Indian government regulations, I should be entitled to a full refund, but as of today, ** June, no refund has been issued to me. When calling a customer service number, they don't connect for **-** minutes and charge for the call. I spoke to Vistara and they informed me your refund has been issued to booking.com. You can claim your refund from them.
Even the customer care executive behaves badly, and they put the call on hold and do not release the call.
Such a poor service from booking.com
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
