Aarti Arora filed complaint against Air India on Apr 18, 2021
his is an official complaint regarding the absolutely callous attitude of Air India
I had booked ticked through Paytm for travel to and fro Bangalore in June ****.
Both the flights were cancelled by Air India considering the pandemic situation
I was informed by their customer care to initiate the refund process through Paytm.
The needful was done on **th Feb ****.Since then I have been struggling to get a revert from Air India regarding the status of my refund.
Please refer to the trail mails below wherein I have been continuously seeking a response from them but there is no revert
I request you to please intervene and help me get back my hard earned money.
