Makemy Trip - Refund of Air tickets cancelled due to Covid19
Veera Venkata Satyanarayana Murthy Puligandla filed complaint against Makemy Trip on Dec 8, 2020
Booked a one way ticket from Hyderabad to Lucknow to travel on **-*-****, with Booking ID -
NF**************. The ticket was booked in Indigo through Makemytrip. Subsequently due to supfreme court order, the ticket was cancelled by Indigo Airlines on *-**-**** and the Indigo website indicates that amount refunded to Makemy Trip. When on opening the Makemy Trip website, it reflects that the above cancellation and states that the amount instantly reflects in My wallet of my Makemy Trip account. It also states that the refund has been effected. But so far no refund reflects in My wallet of Makemy Trip or my bank account reflects no refund.
Please do the necessary.
