Dear Sir,
I had booked my singapore flights (me and * family members) in January **** through Yatra.com for indigo flights. After **-** days, Indigo informed that those flights were cancelled and they offered me to board other earlier flights. They also offered me I can opt for free cancelltion. I decided to cancel the flights and obtain full refund. I made the request in beginning of April for cancelling and allowing me full refund

Journey dates: ** May ****: for Mumbai to Singapore
Return: ** May ****: from Singapore to Mumbai
I lodged request with Indigo, they allowed free cancellation and confirmed full refund to Travel operator : Yatra.com. Copy of this refund advise enclosed.
They also confirmed having credited full amount to Yatra.com on ** th april **** and for return on ** April ****.
I am following up with Yatra.com, they have not processed me any refund. Ideally they should have by now allowed full refund of Rs. ***,***/- (paid in Jan'**) and entire money refunded by Indigo to Yatra.com- however till date they have not processed my claim and everytime giving vague reply.
I would request you to kindly look into this and offer me as consumer some sort of help.
