As per the cancellation rules at the time of booking, no show or cancellation of ticket before * Hrs. in considered as no show and taxes will be refunded as per the guidelines given on flipkart, even after following up several times with flipkart and then with air india no confirmation or response is given on refund, the matter is pending since **rd Feb. ****
