I had done booking for travelling to Uttrakhand in Feb ****. My booking reference ID is *******. My trip was planned in April **** due to COVID situations not able to go to trip. Now Travel Tringle is not refunding money infact no one answering call. Seems staff not available and no response. As per earlier discussion in June **** they had denied for refund of money and advised to travel in next *.* years. I don't want to travel and wants my entire refund of Rs.*****/-. Presently they are not responding on mail as well as not picking up calls.
Request to arrange for refund.
