Travel Traingle - No Refund and Mental Torture

I had made a booking with Travel Traingle with Booking ID ********, I was suppose to have trip to Himachal from ** Nov ** to ** Nov ** where I did booking on *th Nov with first instalment paid Rs **,***.* and full instalment paid on **th Nov **,***.* post I reach hotel.
During negotiations and in quotes, it was in agreement I will have Super Deluxe Rooms with either Family room type with * King/Queen Sized beds or triple sharing beds. I had also made it very clear Hotel must have heater facility or centralised heaters since I was travelling with my parents.

Complaints during Booking :
*) I had raised a Complaint for not sharing Vouchers on time and non responsiveness of Travel agent during booking also, but I was been told they are not getting response from Hotel for being non responsive as its Diwali time. As per booking, I was suppose to get confirmation on *th Nov which was non Diwali time but I got confirmation on **th Nov.

In this whole Booking I used their services from **th Nov ** to **st nov ** === * days, while I had booking till **th Nov, details as follows:
**th Nov -- As per Booking, Hotel Grand Cabanna Amritsar room type Family Suite Super Deluxe Room << No major Complaints from hotel>>. Had complaints with Driver not knowing local site seeing spots timings as per intinery in Amritsar + Hotel staff not being informed on * hour early checkin where we had to wait for *.* hour. These were indeed minor ones so we lived with these complaints as Driver ensured he will cover the same siting seeing spots next day.

**th-**th Nov -- As per original Booking & Voucher it was with Super Deluxe room Dalhousie Hills Resorts at Dalhousie, but on arrival I came to know my booking has changed with Hotel Moon Glade. I was offered Deluxe Sweet with balcony outside the room to be accessed with a stopper and * Deluxe room at Moon Glade as I raised lot of concerns as Super Deluxe room must have balcony within the room and Single Bed which I had asked must have Single Bed and not foldable mattress where Mr Ajay from Hotel was cooperative and he said he can give another Deluxe room to accomodate all my complaints. This whole thing took away time from site seeing and I was been taken to Panchpula in evening where I could hardly see anything in dark. Other itinery items like Satdhara waterfalls, St John's church many people said there is nothing to see so we had to skip that as it was anyways late in evening and all these items had no tourist spots to see. Complaint Hotel change with no prior intimation or written confirmation + room type change + compromise on site seeing as we ended up seeing everything in dark.

**th-**th Nov -- Booking with Anupam Resorts, Super Deluxe Room family type room. Complaint -- Room turned out to be very poor with following complaints (Poor Hygiene, rooms in Photograph and in reality didn't match, king size Bed was split with two single beds with part of the single bed falling outside the bed, handles not working to lock the room and one has to rely on stopper supported with two screws, floors having extreme shabby spots all over in lobby and Bathroom with open outlets, extremely old furniture with broken tiles and old chairs in Balcony, hot and cold water in basin not working, no intercom, Wet and usedTowels were folded. On rejection of this room, I was asked to upgrade my room to Super Luxury room with Rs **** for each room as I needed * rooms with two beds. When I rejected the offer and asked for another Hotel, agent said he can get refund the amount of family room type and I book the Hotel of my choice. I had site seeing lined up on same day , as per Itinerary and I was being asked to search for a Hotel. It was either I have to accept what Hotel offers or I do it myself with a refund. ( I don't understand why do I even have a agent out here with this option being given post reaching destination Complaint -- Room in picture and reality didn't match, hands raising attitude

I requested for all rooms live recordings for Manali and Shimla a day prior I leave for Manali, as I wanted to avoid surprises on day of visit. As Hotel room pictures which I confirmed and reality were not matching. From here I started getting ignored, no one answered my calls, even on follow up my calls were getting disconnected, also tried reaching Travel triangles hotline number assigned representative. I had to start calling from another number where call got answered but on knowing my name, I was been told Agent is not in office. Agent turned out to be so shameless that he didn’t even give me confirmation if I will be given drop till Chandigarh and Driver said unless he gets payment even he cannot give confirmation if he can drop without charges.

I came back and requested Travel Triagnle to help me with refund of following wherever I have compromised on services + not used services + flight preponement charges. I followed them endlessly for ** days and then they kept on giving excuses and false commitments and then said on Chat if I want I can reach to higher authority for refund. I hereby by decided to ask for complete Trip’s refund because of mental toucher caused because of their services and continuous trauma. Now I would like a refund of complete Trip along with flight costs.
