Travel Traingle - Agreed refund not Initiating for cancelled trip

Mukesh Goenka filed complaint against Travel Traingle on Feb 9, 2021

Trip booked for Andaman but due to lockdown, travel agent suggest to postpone the trip. But since situation didn't improved so I decided to cancel the trip and agent confirmed that they will refund after deducting **% amount ie Rs *****/- will be refunded. But after several follow up no proper response is there.
